All for You
I've been having this problem a lot lately. I see someone with a talent that I wish that I had but don't see myself achieving. On numerous occasions I have to stop and remind myself that I am my own person and do not have to constantly compete with others victories. I remind myself that my own wins are for me and me alone.
Do not let yourself get caught up in what you think or are told that you have to get. My family always talked to me about being a doctor while I grew up but even then, and still today, I know that I will not be a doctor. I want to perform. When I set my dreams beased on my expectations, I will feel happier about my future and more willing to go out and chase it.

Finally a Summer
I just got out of school Wednesday and am done with Exams, now I am officially a Senior and can start enjoying myself. There is a lot of things that I want to get accomplished this summer from earning money by selling on eBay to performing new contortion tricks. I have a lot of motivation right now and want to give some more advice after a bit of an absense.
There is a lot of stress no matter what time of the year. For example, I worry aboutpassing Algebra 2. Most people have home situations that cannot be escaped and I want to get people through that. When heat gets fueled anywhere and there's nowhere to go, head to a friends or escape to the woods if you can. A place to cry or scream or just feel safe is desired by most. Go to a gym to release anger through exercise. (With a way to find your way back easily), go to the woods and listen to nature. If your music helps then by all means, take a iPod or Mp3 player with you. Let the space of no people calm you. If a friend can level you, take a time to catch a movie or do something you both want to do. Spend time with a boyfriend or girlfriend.
Choices exist everwhere. No matter where you are or where you go, there is something to occupy your mind even for a little while. Don't let yourself be hammered down by someone who thinks that they know better and can make you want to give up. With that note, I leave you with a inspiring quote and fair wishes. Enjoy your summer!

A list of Drama
For the past couple of weeks my household has been stressful and loud. No one wants to fix their mistakes or better themselves and that's where the first solutions start. Fixing yourself. I am working to stop yelling back at siblings who I would love to fight back with but I hold back and hide in my room for a while. Whatever problems occur in your lives, I understand.
In some scenarios police have been involved so stress makes a giant leap in my life. Schoolwork is harder to focus on but when I get a C on a pre test in Geometry, that's a small motivator. Last week I had a dance solo and the praise made my spirits lift but now I get to rest for a week from dance. But as a therapeutic move, I dance to my music that make me forget my home life.
For those of you who want to get away, much further, my sister went to spend some time at a grandparents house and that could be great for all of us. Try to stay with a friend who you know can be a positive influence on you. If leaving home is impossible, Make school a even higher priority. Join some clubs or organizations for credits pr join a study group. I know school does not sound like a fun alternative to avoid drama, but if you don't focus on the work, you WILL have even more stress when graduation comes closer (it's next year for me). Make a choice to improve and let yourself be happy with the smallest things like a pet, a good book, a great dream or whatever else you find that may inspire you.
I hope the rest of your week goes well, and I apologize for not posting as much to those of you who read this blog. Thank you for being patient.

Keep Going
Sorry it's been a while, but today's topic is about keeping going obviously from the title. What that means in my opinion is that no mater how bad life gets, remember hat you can keep surviving. Even if my life is Hell and my family is going through hell, at least I know that I have goals keeping me alive and pushing forward. I want to be a contortionist and a sword swallower, those are my crazy hobbies, so if someone says something to bring me to tears, I work on what I love to remind myself that there is more for me to do when I graduate and leave my house.
Always set a goal for yourself so that you can be your best self for you and others. Keep going to win at whatever you aim to achieve.
